End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Hotspotfinder, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). This EULA governs your use of Hotspot ("Software/Application"), which includes computer software, mobile applications, and related documentation. By installing, using, or accessing the Software/Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

1. User Conduct

1.1. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content: You agree not to use the Software/Application to post, share, or engage in any activity that includes objectionable content. Objectionable content includes but is not limited to content that is offensive, defamatory, hate speech, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful to individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, or other personal characteristics.

1.2. No Tolerance for Abusive Users: You agree not to engage in any abusive behavior toward other users of the Software/Application. Abusive behavior includes harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or any other actions that create a hostile environment for others.

2. Reporting Violations

2.1. Reporting Objectionable Content: Users who encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior are encouraged to report such violations to Hotspotfinder, LLC. We will take appropriate action to address the issue, which may include suspending or terminating the accounts of users responsible for such behavior.

3. Termination of License

3.1. Violation of User Conduct: If you violate the user conduct provisions outlined in this EULA, Hotspotfinder, LLC reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Software/Application. This may result in the deactivation of your account and the loss of access to the Software/Application.

4. Personal Data Usage

4.1. Uploading Personal Data: You acknowledge and agree that the Software/Application may upload your location data to Hotspotfinder, LLC servers. However, your personal data, including contacts, phone number, email, or other personally identifiable information, will not be used for any purpose other than the functionality of the Software/Application. We do not share, sell, or use your personal data for any other purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership: The Software/Application and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Hotspotfinder, LLC. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software/Application.

6. Updates and Changes

6.1. Software/Application Updates: Hotspotfinder, LLC may release updates, enhancements, or changes to the Software/Application. By continuing to use the Software/Application, you agree to accept these updates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

7.1. As-Is Basis: The Software/Application is provided "as is," without any warranty, express or implied. Hotspotfinder, LLC makes no guarantees about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the Software/Application for any specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. No Liability for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users: Hotspotfinder, LLC shall not be held liable for objectionable content posted by users or the behavior of abusive users. Users are responsible for their actions, and HotSpot, LLC disclaims any responsibility for such content or behavior.
